Maestre of the National Nutrition Council as she delivered her opening essage in a two-day communication planning workshop held last September 10-11 at the Holiday Inn Clark Pampanga.

True to her words, a native kapampangan herself by birth, Maestre brought the powerhouse of her NNC Region 02 staff to help in the initial stage of activating NNC-local media friendship in Central Luzon.

Meanwhile, Broadcaster Ding Fugaban and Nutrition Officer Benjielyne Estudillo took turns in re-impressing the complan workshop participants on the various accomplishments of Balay Ni Ifan (House of Juan) Media Task Force, a built-in media core group of NNC Region 02.

It could be gleaned from their output presentations, Central Luzon nutrition effort targets a combat against malnutrition at an early age and to emboss the message of breastfeeding without let up.
