CITY OF ILAGAN, ISABELA----- The National Nutrition Council Region 02 conducted its 2nd Staff Meeting for March 2021 via Google meet last 29 March 2021.
The meeting started with an opening prayer led by NO II Frances Vea Valdez followed by an opening message of Ms. Maria Gisela M. Lonzaga, Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator- NNC R02.
“We should strengthen our immune system as the same time lessen our exposure to public places as we are currently experiencing surge in the reported daily COVID-19 cases in the city and in the region” NPC Lonzaga shared during the staff meeting.
She then emphasized that NNC R02 will be adopting the 30% skeleton workforce for the remaining days of March 2021 and an 20% skeleton workforce until 8 April 2021 as advised by the LGU Tuguegarao City during the period of Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the city.
Moreover, NPC Lonzaga discussed important updates and agreements during the 1st Quarter NNC Management Conference. She encouraged everyone to continue their teamwork and improve in areas of accomplishments which showed lesser impact in NNC Region 02’s 2020 performance.
She also lauded the administrative staff for a job well done in terms of financial reports and budget utilization reports shared during the said management conference.
On the other hand, NO III Edzell Arcinue shared the 4th Quarter and Annual webby analytics to NNC R02 staff in order to assess areas that needed to be strengthened and strategized ways to boost the social media and web page handling of NNC R02.
A total of eight (8) staff were present during the 2nd staff meeting.###JNLB
