The Office of the Civil Defense Region 02, partner and members agency of the regional nutrition committee requested the members of Cagayan Valley Information Officers to widely disseminate the Typhoon advisory in all of the media platforms in the region.

at 7AM the center of TS Maring was estimated based on all available data 325 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.7_N, 124.7_E) and with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 105 km/h, and central pressure of 985 hPa Moving West northwestward at 25 km/h forecast position at 5PM, 11 October TS Maring is over the coastal waters of Calayan, Cagayan. at 5Am, 12 October, 195 km W of Calayan, Cagayan (19*.3N, 119.6E) TCWS No.2 Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, the northern portion of Isabela (Palanan, Divilacan, Maconacon, Ilagan City, Tumauini, Cabagan, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo Tomas, Delfin Albano, Quirino, Gamu, Roxas, Mallig, Quezon) TCWS No.1 The rest of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino All are advised to take precautionary measures.###John Nestor Ballad
