The NNC MIMAROPA previously released an online nutrition information sharing session in lieu of the yearly conduct of information and dissemination campaigns to raise awareness on nutrition and to focus on pressing nutrition issues affecting the country.  The first episode was released in July 2020 and dwelled on breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, relating the impact of proper infant and young child feeding on the prevention of stunting as the focus of this year’s nutrition month.

To continue the video series, NNC MIMAROPA will be releasing a 3-part nutrition sharing session that will be premiered every Saturdays, 10:00 AM, starting on November 14 at the National Nutrition Council MIMAROPA Region Facebook Page.

Dr. Aurora Gloria I. Libadia, Clinical Associate Professor, College of Medicine, and Head, Lactation Unit and Human Milk Bank of the University of the Philippines Philippine General Hospital will serve as the resource speaker and cover a wide range of topics including following:
