As the second quarter of year 2021 commences, NNC MIMAROPA up through the conduct of virtual staff meeting held last 7 April 2021 via Zoom Application which aims to discuss the following: Review of March 2021 Meeting Minutes, April 2021 Work Plan, Updates on Conduct of Focus Group Discussion for Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP), Updates on Tutok Kainan in Provinces of Occidental Mindoro and Marinduque, and Finance and Administrative Concerns, among others.
The meeting was presided by NPC-OIC Ma. Eileen B. Blanco with the presence of all NNC MIMAROPA staff Nutrition Officer III Ms. Maria Camille Louise C. Chen, ECCD-F1K Provincial Nutrition Coordinator of Occidental Mindoro Mr. Francis Erik P. Bacena, Nutrition Officer II Ms. Bianca Louise Veronica M. Estrella, Nutrition Officer I Ms. Nichole Kate S. Loyola, Nutrition Officer I Mr. Ace Van Earl T. Patriarca, Administrative Aide VI Ms. Lindsey D. Bayron, Administrative Aide VI Mr. Lhon Ryan B. Cordero, Administrative Aide IV Mr. Florius Anies A. De Uno and Utility Worker Ms. Marietta L. Eder.
Due to increasing number of COVID-19 cases, the conduct of 2021 MELLPI Pro validation visits and other planned face-to-face activities, alternative working arrangements (AWA) for the month of April in line with the IATF guidelines and safety measures at the workplace setting were thoroughly discussed.
Furthermore, to enhance the output of each staff, reminders on letter formatting and other documents prepared and article making were specified. Also, updates on the status of 2020 and 2021 BNS Financial Assistance Requests were detailed to identify appropriate actions to be done of both parties – NNC Secretariat and requesting LGUs.
Above all, minutes of the meeting was documented to ensure that the highlights and agreements during the deliberation were well noted.
For successful implementation of plans and activities, a combination of strategic planning, idealistic ideas, integrity, determination, and perseverance is the key. Together, everyone achieves more. To more success and fulfillment this 2021 for Team MIMAROPA!
