NNC MIMAROPA is all set for 2022 as it conducts its first staff meeting for the year last 4 January 2022 via Zoom. The meeting was presided by NPC Blanco and attended by its 9 staff.
NO III Chen gave a recap of the activities and accomplishments per region’s 2021 Work and Financial Plan. Almost all the activities and target were met as planned. Furthermore, each staff provided updates per program assigned and identified other remaining tasks to accomplish.
NO III Chen then discussed the Approved 2022 Work and Financial Plan with the usual meetings, monitoring activities, technical assistance to local government units and advocacy sessions. She also highlighted the major activities to be conducted such as the planning workshop for the formulation of Regional Plan of Action for Nutrition (RPAN) 2023-2028, regional launching of SUN 3.0, Nutrition Shepherding Project and LHEARN Project.
AA VI Cordero and AA VI Dalisay also provided updates on the 2021 fund liquidations while NPC Blanco shared the feedback from 4th Quarter Management Conference. The creation of permanent positions for NNC MIMAROPA was one of the highlights in the feedback.
With the new year, new work plan, NNC MIMAROPA looks forward in meeting and even exceeding its targets as they believe “Together Everyone Achieves More!”
