As the second quarter of year 2022 commences, NNC MIMAROPA held a staff meeting last 4 and 7 April 2022 via Zoom Application presided by NPC-OIC Ma. Eileen B. Blanco. All NNC MIMAROPA staff were present during the meeting.

The virtual staff meeting aimed to discuss the following: April 2021 Schedule of Activity, SUN Updates,  Updates on Tutok Kainan in Provinces of Occidental Mindoro and Marinduque, BNS Assistance Request, Finance and Administrative Concerns, Activities for the Second Quarter, Changes in Staff Assignments, among other concerns.

PNFP Torres and PNFP Loyola provided updates on the ongoing Tutok Kainan implementation in Occidental Mindoro and Marinduque, respectively. Updates on the status of BNS Financial Assistance Requests such as the traveling allowance, survivorship assistance and  medical assistance  were discussed by NO I Barredo. In addition, AA VI Cordero and AA VI Dalisay  give updates on the financial funds as of April 2022. NO III Chen then discussed the activities for the second quarter. She also facilitated the discussion about the changes in staff assignment.

Above all, minutes of the meeting were documented to ensure that the highlights and agreements during the deliberation were well noted.
