On July 30-31, 2013 – National Nutrition Council – ARMM successfully conducted its first ever Team Building at Ali Baba Restaurant, Al Nor Complex, Cotabato City. The chosen theme for the said team building is to, "Get to know and Unite as Team", which sums up as a chance for NNC-ARMM staff to get to know each other more, share experiences, unite and work as a team to achieve NNC-ARMM’s goals and visions for the people of ARMM. The NNC-ARMM team invited Ustadz Ibrahim Bajunaid, a Madrasah teacher and a member of Society of Family Development of the Philippines, Inc. (SOFDEPI), to speak on Personal Development in an Islamic point of view and Ustadz Abdulwahab Payrat, a Shariah instructor to speak on Islamic Leadership. While Secretary Kadil M. Sinolinding Jr., Officer In-Charge of NNC-ARMM lectured on Leadership in Work place. This was attended by Dr. Eloisa Usman (DOH-ARMM), Hannah Farinah Lidasan (NO III), Dr. Maleja M. Daud-Jaamil (NO II), Jessen T. Masukat (NO II), Nor-ain P. Hashim (Admin Asst II), Nasima Sharief (AA VI) and Abdulrakman Kabuntalan (AA III). The staff exchange comments from one another and made to expressed what they felt about their respective position and assignments.
