The National Nutrition Council BARMM joins in the celebration of National Children’s' Month under Republic Act  10661,  as it marks the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Child (UNCRC) on November 20, 1989. With this year's theme "New Normal Na Walang Iwanan: Karapatan ng bawat Bata ating Tutukan!", the campaign aims at increasing public awareness on the different issues on childrens' rights to survival, development, protection, and participation in the new normal setting.

Headed by Minister Raissa H. Jajurie of the Ministry of Social Services and Development and the chairperson of the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children (RSCWC), lead the 29th National Childrens' Month ceremony on November 3, 2021 at South Upi Gymnasium, Maguindanao.

The members of BARMM RSCWC participated and contributed for the success of the said activity.  NNC- BARMM joined in the reading of children stories by playing the videoclips of Nutrikomiks episode on Healthy Diet na Pambata, among 3 to 5 years old indigenous people. Also, discussion in the Child Protection and Rights shall be aired over DXMY Suara sa Nutrisyon on November 10, 2021.
