BUTUAN City- In a signing ceremony conducted on 16 November 2021, the National Nutrition Council represented by its Officer-in-Charge Dr. Nino Archie S. Labordo joined in the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Regional Convergence Team (RCT) at Watergate Boutique Hotel, Butuan City.

Lead by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), EPAHP-RCT coordinates the overall participation of the EPAHP partner agencies and concerned local government units, community-based organization and other stakeholders of the program.

Initiated originally between DSWD, Department of Agriculture (DA) and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) the Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (PAHP) has now enhanced and involved additional partner agency that pursues common goal that is to mitigate hunger, ensure food and nutrition security and reduce poverty by ensuring the implementation of the EPAHP strategic

measures.

To ensure achievement of the goal, NNC Caraga shall be oversee the implementation of the Tutok Kainan- Dietary Supplementation Program among 6-23 months old children in the region. #NASLabordo
