Butuan City- thirty (30) individuals in the Municipality of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte received their certificate of completion for having successfully completed the 10 Kumainments Nutrition-School-on-the-air sessions aired through Radyo Kabakhawan DXNG 97.7 FM.

Conducted on 3 December 2021, the ceremony hosted by the National Nutrition Council-Caraga in partnership with the Surigao State College of Technology and the Local Government Unit of Del Carmen provided an opportunity for the graduates and the stakeholders better commitment in disseminating good nutrition practices.

NNC Caraga Officer-in-Charge, Dr. Nino Archie Labordo during his discussion of the NNC’s program relayed that with the completion of the program, the certificates would not only mean an accomplishment but an opportunity to share Nutritional Guidelines for Filipinos to family member, neighborhood and the community.

Present and who shared support for the program were LGU Del Carmen Vice Mayor Alfredo M. Coro II, SSCT Campus Director Dr. Romy Jun A. Sunico, SB Chairperson on Health Hon. Genylou C. Petallo, Station Manager Mr. Elwin S. Argana, Program Manager Mr. Aljon C. Judilla and Municipal Nutrition Action Officer Mr. Gil Bandoy.
