Butuan City- Media arm of the National Nutrition Council Caraga, the members of Caraga Movers lauded for their sustained partnership and dissemination of correct and right information on good nutrition during the Regional Nutrition Awarding Ceremony on 20 December 2021 at 2021 at LJ Mega Convention Hall, Butuan City.

Recognized during the awarding ceremony is DXMK Magik 97.5 FM who gave an untiring support to the nutrition campaign and advocacy of the National Nutrition Council Caraga. Likeise, few other media partners from different municipalities were acknowledged for their support on the nutrition programs of National Nutrition Council Caraga.

Given recognition are Nutriskwela community radio stations to include Radyo Kaagapay DXCN 107.3 FM a radio in the Municipality of Sibagat Agusan del Sur, Radyo Kinaiyahan DXNX 97.7 FM in Municipality of Malimono, Surigao del Norte and Radyo Kabakhawan DXNG 97.7 FM in Municipality of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte were recognized for their sustainability of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Program of the National Nutrition Council.

Dissemination of nutrition information is one of the effective ways to promote adequate food and nutrition knowledge that would results to change in behavior and practices towards food which consequently lead to good nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

NNC Caraga as coordinating body will continue to partner with various media groups to in the promotion and strengthening of information dissemination campaign on good nutrition and healthy lifestyle in Caraga region.#MPRayco
