This is because of the chemical “Nicotine” content in it. Nicotine is a stimulant drug that speeds up the messages traveling between the brain and body. It is the main psychoactive ingredient in electronic cigarettes products. It is a chemical that is hard to quit when inhaled because of its pleasing effect on the brain and also improved the mood of the person.

The more you smoke, the more nicotine you need. Indeed, this is scientifically proven to be addictive thus, numerous complications will surely develop after using it for a long period of time. These include lung cancer and lung disease, and other cancers (including cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, larynx, bladder, pancreas, kidney, cervix, and some type of leukemia), heart and circulatory system problems, diabetes, eye problems, infertility and impotence, complications during pregnancy, cold, flu and other illnesses, tooth and gum diseases.

Giving up nicotine after using it for a long period of time is very challenging because the body has to get used to functioning without it.
