Taking care of your eyes is a lot easier because of the nutrients in those foods, but you must also take certain steps to protect and maintain your vision. It’s important to make the muscles in your eyes stronger, you can try this exercise like rolling your eyes and palming. In addition, your eyesight must be protected from strong sunshine, so practice wearing sunglasses if you're going outside when it's quite sunny, they will guard against UV and photodamage. Or you can visit a reputable eye physician for a checkup to ensure that the correct glasses are prescribed for you, thus, make sure you provide accurate answers to  their inquiries.
