To treat vitamin C deficiency, we need to increase our consumption of vitamin C-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. Some of the foods rich in Vitamin C include guava, sweet red pepper, kiwifruit, lychee, lemon, orange, strawberry, papaya, broccoli and parsley.
