The Region XII Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) Federation Incorporated conducted the first quarter meeting for CY 2022 last January 31 via zoom videoconference. A total of six (6) regional BNS federation officers attended the said meeting.

The officers convened to discuss updates on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration, Joint Account Opening for the BNS annual dues, formulation of BNS resolutions, status of Cotabato City BNS Federation funds, planning for CY 2022, and status and updates of BNS ID, and BNS Hygiene Kits Allocation.

RNPC Laquihon facilitated the formulation of the Regional BNS Association Action Plan for CY 2022. After thorough deliberation, identified activities are the following: renewal for SEC registration which will be processed this February 2022; BIR renewal and payment in March 2022; processing of joint account at Landbank of the Philippines (LBP), Koronadal City in April 2022; conduct of the next Regional BNS Federation Inc. Meeting, and BNS officers team building in August 2022; holds a Regional BNS Congress in October 2022; formulation of BNS resolutions; creation of BNS Federation Directory per municipality; and collection of BNS Membership fee and monthly dues.

Regional BNS Federation President, Ms. Bation, expressed her utmost gratitude to all the officers who attended the first quarter meeting and hopes that the lined-up activities for CY 2022 will bring success to the team and will strengthen the Regional BNS Federation.
