Koronadal City---In its bid to promote good nutrition in South Cotabato, the Provincial Government takeoffs Nutri-Serye, a series of talks on a Facebook platform about the nutrition-related program to advance good nutrition practices integrated into different departments of the Provincial Capitol.

Rudy Jimenea, Provincial Information Officer, who is also the Provincial Nutrition Action Officer (PNAO), said Nutri-Serye collaborates with other departments of the Capitol through a talk show which focuses on the different initiatives of South Cotabato to combat malnutrition.

In its pilot episode, Nutri-Serye talks about promoting proper infant and young child feeding practices in the new normal with Francy Aguilar, Integrated Provincial Health Office Nutrition Officer.

The FB video talk series is 10-minute talk which runs for six days and airs every noon starting today.

Jimenea said the series of talks presents nutrition-related programs under the Office of the Provincial Agriculture, Provincial Population, Provincial Social Welfare and Development, Provincial Health Office and Department of Education Schools Division of South Cotabato.

"The project is brought to you by the Provincial Information Office as the lead proponent of the Promotion and Advocacy arm of the Provincial Nutrition Committee," Jimenea added.
