Storage Inspection for Lambayong

As the phase 3 Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation program target beneficiaries are preparing for the implementation, the DMO II-PNFP Pareno conducted a storage inspection in the municipality of Lambayong Sultan Kudarat to ensure that goods will be safely  stored  and remains of high quality when delivered. The activity aims to find a suitable storage space for both wet and dry goods based on the Tutok Kainan guidelines. For dry goods, good storage should be clean and well-ventilated, whereas, for wet goods, the presence of chillers and freezers is required for the storage of meats and other products. The Municipal Health Officer Dr. Collado of the municipality of Lambayong also promises to support the program and its preparation by complying with various recommendations on the improvement of the storage facility as well as the establishment of a centralized kitchen for wet feeding.
