Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat Province- Municipal Nutrition Committee members of LGU Lutayan composed of DEPED, MHO, MPDO, MBO, MSWD, MAO, DRMMO, SK Municipal Federation, Human Resource, PESO and BNS President, convene for the pre-planning workshop as part of the Municipal Nutrition Action Plan formulation workshop scheduled on March 8-9, 2023. NO III Flores served as the resource person and was assisted by DMO II Madrona.
Levelling off of knowledge and insights on Nutrition Program Management and Mechanism was the highlight of the activity. PPAN direction for the next six years were also discussed among the members which shall serve as their reference in the formulation of their MNAP. Parts and component of the Local Nutrition Action Plan were also introduced and explained. MNC members were encouraged to identify possible nutrition interventions they can commit and invest for the Nutrition Program of the LGU in the next 3 years.
Outputs and draft MNAP of the LGU shall be presented on March 8-9, 2023.
