The Early Childhood Care and Development in the First 1000 Days (ECCD F1K) Program areas in Region VI were oriented on the omnibus guidelines of the different components of the program during the Consultative and Follow-up Meeting on the ECCD F1K Program that NNC regional office for Western Visayas conducted on March 22, 2018 at EON Centennial Hotel.
Discussed during the meeting were the guidelines for home food production, conduct of nutrition education classes, technical exchange visits, local media planning and the conduct of Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (TAME) visits.
Aside from the guidelines, the areas also gave updates on the status of liquidation on each area, procurement of materials, nutrition education classes, home food production and status of submission of MOAs and Work and Financial Plan for Dietary Supplementation Program (DSP) for Pregnant Women.
Negros Occidental F1K areas, Binalbagan, Cadiz City and San Carlos City, which have been visited by the TAME team also gave their feedback on the activity conducted last March 12-16, 2018.
