National Nutrition Council (NNC) Region VI holds the 1st Quarter Meeting of the Provincial/City/Municipal Nutrition Action Officers (P/C/MNAOs) and District/City Nutrition Program Coordinators (D/CNPCs) on the 7th day of February 2020 at Nature’s Village Resort, Talisay City, Negros Occidental. Representatives of various LGUs of Negros Occidental were present and NPC Nona B. Tad-y presided the meeting.
The meeting was filled with comprehensive agenda presented by the staff of NNC Region VI. The following are the Nutrition Situation Update Report (OPT Plus 2019), ECCD F1K Program Expansion in Negros, Status of LNAP 2020-2022, Inventory of Weighing Scales and Steel Rulers in all Cities and Municipalities, Assistance to Barangay Nutrition Scholars (Travelling Allowance, Medical and Survivorship Assistance) and MELLPI PRO. There were exchanges of ideas, suggestions and inquiries of the participants during the meeting.
