The Region’s Local Government Units are enjoined to integrate their respective local nutrition action plans in the Provincial, City, and Municipal plans and investment programs.

RDC VI Resolution No. 58 Series 2020 entitled “ENJOINING THE REGION’S LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS TO INTEGRATE THEIR RESPECTIVE LOCAL NUTRITION ACTION PLANS IN THE PROVINCIAL, CITY, AND MUNICIPAL PLANS AND INVESTMENT PROGRAMS” was unanimously approved by the RDC VI members headed RDC Chairperson / Governor, Province of Antique Rhodora P. Cadiao during the 4th Quarter RDC-VI Meeting via video conference on 11 December 2020 at RDC VI Hall, Iloilo City.

The said resolution was certified correct by Asst. Regional Director of NEDA VI / Secretary of RDC VI Arceo A. Casing Jr. Attested by Regional Director of NEDA / Vice-Chairperson of RDC VI Ro-Ann A. Bacal, CESO III and concurred by Trustee, Iloilo Business Club, Inc. Co-Chairperson Ma. Luisa C. Segovia.

The approval of RDC VI Resolution No. 58 Series 2020 is the ramification of the RNC Resolution No. 001 series of 2020 “Supporting NNC Activities for the Formulation, Approval, and Integration of local Nutrition Action Plan as a Strategy of LGU Mobilization in Support to PPAN 2017-2022” presented by Ms. Sheryl Sedantes, Nutrition Officer III and NNC VI Officer-in-Charge and approved by the Social Development Committee during its 4th Quarter via Zoom last Dec. 1, 2020.
