The Negros Island Federation of Agrarian Reform Cooperatives (NIFARCO) packed and delivered the fresh commodities to all "Tutok Kainan" target LGUs. The commodities regularly delivered are being used for the wet ration that started on 5 June 2021. Tutok Kainan focal persons and Nutrition Action Officers of the target LGUs received and counterchecked the quantity and quality of goods delivered. Healthy and nutritious hot meals were distributed to nutritionally-at-risk pregnant women beneficiaries of the Tutok Kainan Supplementation Program for 30 days.

The joint efforts of the City/ Municipal Nutrition Action Officers, Program Coordinators, and Barangay-based healthcare workers directed the start of the wet feeding on 5 June 2021.

Each LGU has a unique scheme of preparing, cooking, packing, and distributing the hot meals to all targeted nutritionally-at-risk pregnant women in Negros Occidental.

The hot meal is composed of 1 cup of Iron-fortified rice paired with a viand providing a total of 500kcal per day. A cycle menu was used as a guide to ensure variety and correct supplementation requirements throughout the 30-days wet ration.
