An Orientation - Training among Regional CDP specialists/P/C/MPDCs, NAOs, and other relevant local officials on the Thematic Guide on Ensuring Nutrition Policies in Local Development Plans and Budgets on 23 September 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. via an online platform.

The activity was conducted as part of the NNCs mandate to ensure that nutrition is integrated into the LGUs local development and investment plans.

More than 100 pax. participated in the training composed of the CDP Specialist, Provincial/City Planning Development Officer, Provincial/City Budget Officer, Provincial/City/Municipal Nutrition Action Officers, and District/City/Municipal Nutrition Program Coordinators from the different provinces and cities in Western Visayas.

Also in attendance are the NNC Region VI staff lead by RNPC Reginaldo T. Guillen and partners from the DILG Region VI, Dir. Juan Jovian E. Ingeniero, Mr. Christian Nagaynay, Ms. Her She Pausa, and Ms. Paula Castillo.
