The Western Visayas Nutri-Media Circle (WV NMC) Meeting was conducted on 14 June 2022 at Diversion 21 Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Various media partners in the region were gathered to present the 2022 Social Behavioural Change Communication (SBCC) Plan.

The elected president is Ms. Elena C. Pabiona, she is also the previous president of the association. The president is expected to take in-charge of the following roles and responsibilities: 1) Preside over the meeting of the organization. 2) Calls special meetings of the organization. 3) Appoints People to Committees as necessary. 4) Represents the Organization on all related activities. 5) Lead in the planning and decision-making and 5) lead the overall management of the Nutri-media Circle VI. Ms. Evelyn “Bing2” Josue was elected for the position of Vice-President tasked to assume the duties of the President in his or her absence, serves as an ex-officio member, represents the association in the absence of the President, and assists the President in the overall management of the Nutri-media Circle VI.

The position for Secretary was occupied by Ms. Christine Lunasco, while for the position of Treasurer, Auditor, and Public Relation Officer the elected was Ms. Tara Yap, Ms. Lynd-c Joy Bade, and Enrico Surita Jr. respectively. They are expected to attend and participate in all NNC RVI and WVNMC activities, assist in the nutrition and nutrition-related information dissemination in the Region, assist NNC RVI in the promotion and advocacy of good nutrition in Western Visayas, and provide the public accurate and reliable information about good nutrition.

At the end of the meeting, the new set of officers and members agreed to change the name of the organization from Western Visayas Nutri-media Circle (WV NMC) to Nutri-Media Circle VI.
