The RNC – TWG had their 1^st Quarter Meeting held on February 10, 2011, at Portofino Beach Resort, Lapu-lapu City. RNC - TWG Chair, Ms. Melinda Cañares of DSWD presided the meeting. Inattendance were Ms. Grace Espos of DepED, Ms. Ma. Sostheleen Padilla of NEDA, Ms. Susan Tolentino of DILG, Ms. Cherryl dela Victoria of DA, Ms. Rebecca Basilla of DTI, Ms. Ma. Ligaya  Moniva of DOH, Ms. Lovelyn Nellas of NCP, Mr. Leo Fernandez of POPCOM, from the NNC Secretariat, Ms. Susan Orpilla, Ms. Eula Mayol, Mr. Dave Bargamento and Mr. Eduardo Baguio.
