Cebu City - Culminating the month-long celebration of Nutrition Month 2011, the 7th Regional Nutrition Action Officers' Congress and 2011 Grand Nutrition Awards was held. This took place last 05 August, 2011 at the Victoria Hall, Cebu Parklane International Hotel, Cebu City. This annual conference aims to provide useful information and technical updates for improved nutrition program management and improve PPAN implementation regionwide.

The speakers for the Congress came from different sectors. Director Delfin P. Aguilarof Regional Director of COA 7 talked about Fundamental Principles of Government Expenditures and Disbursements. The second speaker Dr. Ofelia P. Saniel, 

Last but not the least, Ms. Edith Rose R. Santos, Ms. Cebu, 1980, talked about Projecting a Professional Image.Professor of the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics, College of Public Health, UP Manila talked about Results of Cebu City IYCF Baseline Study.
