Avocados keep the eyes healthy

Eye health should be taken care of at an early age as it is something people use in their everyday life. As mentioned, avocados are a rich source of vitamin E which has antioxidants to help with inflammation. Besides that, it also contains carotenoids which help keep the eyes healthy, preventing harmful lights from entering the eyes and promote clear vision. 

Avocados are good for pregnant women

If you are pregnant or know someone who is, this will be beneficial for you. Pregnant women would need more folate nutrients to help keep their red blood cells healthy for both themselves and their baby during pregnancy. Avocados will also help with the baby’s brain and spinal development while preventing birth defects from occurring.
