We might not know if it’s signs of COVID or just a regular flu, therefore keeping your immunity strong should be on top of your mind. So here are some tips on keeping your immunity strong and healthy.
Tip no. 1: Drink your water
To be hydrated all the time helps the body keep and regulate a normal body temperature. It also keeps your organs function well and cells healthy. Nothing beats safe and clean water. Fruits like watermelon and vegetables like cucumber are the best source of water not only that these fruits and vegetable are a great source of different vitamins and minerals.
Tip no. 2: Boost your immunity with vitamin C
Vitamin C is known to be a great help in keeping your immunity strong. Citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, tangerine, calamansi are great sources of natural vitamin C, not only it is delicious but it is also refreshing as well.
Tip no. 3: Be active!
Moving constantly or having an active lifestyle helps our body be prepared to various environmental stressors that might need our body to adapt. It’s not too late to start exercising as long as you commit yourself in developing a healthier lifestyle.
