It is important to explore on various recipe to make your meal more appetizing and palatable. It helps you make the easy and healthy options. This is also helpful in controlling heading to the drive-through or picking up an unhealthy takeaway on the way home, knowing you have already planned the food for that mealtime. With this, the National Nutrition Council Region VII offers easy to prepare and different recipes to guide mothers and netizens in preparing their weekly meal plan.

During the airing of agency’s Educational Health and Information Geared tOwards Development (e-HISGOT) every third Thursday of the month. In this monthly offering, we feature a nutri recipe video where an easy-to-follow recipe is shown during the Facebook live. This may help mothers and home makers on what to include in the list for meal planning. This may also give them ideas on how to explore and make a twist on certain food to make it more delicious and enjoyable to all family members.
