e-HISGOT is part of the region’s Social and Behavior Change Communication plan meant to influence the Central Visayas community into adapting healthier food choices and practicing health lifestyle to help prevent the onset of malnutrition and diet-related diseases.

According to NNC 7’s regional nutrition program Dr. Parolita A. Mission, e-HISGOT will be aired live via NNC 7’s official Facebook page second month of the quarter instead of a monthly offering this year to put more emphasis on the nutrition advocacy in the region.

Each episode will also highlight the key messages of the 10 Kumainments and Pinggang Pinoy to encourage more viewers to practice healthy and active lifestyle”, Dr. Mission said.

Aside from that, a new segment will be introduced this year allowing the viewers to share their actual experiences, give advice and get more chances of winning. Aside from the usual 3 best voxpop advice winners, 2 live nutri quiz winners and 1 best advice winner, NNC 7 is introducing a brand new segment where live viewers who gives the best and appropriate title for each episode will also be given prizes.

So, what are you waiting for? Catch the quarterly episode on February 17, May 19, August 18 and November 17, 2023 and win exciting prizes while learning more about staying fit and healthy.
