Eastern Visayas' 46th Nutrition Month Celebration was launched on 1 July, 2020 at the Tacloban City Engineer’s Office. This year’s theme, “Batang Pinoy, SANA TALL… Iwas Stunting, SAMA ALL! Iwas ALL din sa COVID-19!”, aims to promote awareness and mobilize actions to address stunting. Likewise, it calls for a collective vision of having taller Filipino children by preventing stunting through the participation of government, non-government organizations, civil society, business, academe, communities, and families.

To make the month-long celebration meaningful, various regional Nutri contests were spearheaded by the National Nutrition Council VIII in partnership with the Regional Nutrition Committee. One of the contests is the Nutri-Quiz that will kickstart on 2 July, 2020 through the NNC Facebook Page.

For all interested participants, a question will be posted every two days at 8AM. The contest will run from 8AM to 12 midnight of the same day. However, for their entry to be valid, a participant must:
1) LIKE the NNC8 Facebook Page; 
2) LIKE and SHARE the Nutri-Quiz post together with their answer (shared post should be in public for it to be counted) and;
3) TAG at least five (5) friends in the comment section of the original post (comment should also be in public for it to be counted).

Only one winner shall be chosen for each question. The winner shall be randomly chosen using an online randomizer. Announcement of the winner will be via NNC8 Facebook page right after the day the question was posted. Winners will receive P100.00 worth of load to be forwarded through GCash. Winners will also be notified via SMS or PM.
