TACLOBAN CITY - Part of the first quarter meeting agenda of the Nutrition Action Officer of the Philippines Eastern Visayas chapter on March 30, 2022, is the election of new sets of officers. Below is the new set of officers of the NAOPA EV chapter:

The group tackle organizational issues such as conduct of regular meetings, by laws, registration, and annual dues. The newly elected officers and Board of Directors (BOD)also emphasized to create group chat to share information among all NAOs of their activities. This will share good practices of an LGU that could be benchmarked by other LGUs.

Moreover, they also discussed how they can contribute to the reduction of malnutrition in the region by sharing their best practices.

For NNC 8, the activity and the election of officers and BOD will make the organization vibrant and cognizant of the need to lower down malnutrition rate in the region. The current officers and BODs are proactive, awardees and known leaders in the respective LGUs.
