The MDG-F 2030 held an advocay run and walk on February 4, 2012 at the SM Mall of Asia. The event aimed to increase awareness and to solicit support from the people to promote breastfeeding and appropriate complementary feeding toward improved nutrition of infants and young children.

More than 500 breastfeeding support group members, barangay nutrition scholars, nutritionist-dietitians, IYCF program coordinators, and health and nutrition workers from all over Metro Manila together with the NNC-NCR staff participated in the event and pledged to continue promoting, supporting and protecting breastfeeding in their respective communities. The participants were given advocacy t-shirt and souvenir photo from the CFSN's photo booth.
