The National Nutrition Council CALABARZON conducted an oath taking ceremony of the newly elected officers of the Federation of the Barangay Nutrition Scholars in Region IV-A last May 23, 2017 at The A. Venue Hotel, Makati City.

The new FBNS IV-A officers inducted were Milagros Valera (Laguna Province) as President; Danilo Posion (Tagaytay City) as Vice President; Vivian Gamboa (Batangas Province) as Secretary; Susan Convento (Cavite Province) as Treasurer; Liberty Dela Luna (Antipolo City) as PRO and Jesselyn Alcaide (San Pablo City) as Auditor. The members of the FBNS IV-A board of directors and chairpersons are: Ms. Merlita De Guzman (Rizal Province) as Chairman of the Board; Teresita Arines (Dasmariñas City) as Vice Chairman; Aleli Aruta (Calamba City) as Secretary; Ma. Rowena Conde (Biñan City) as Membership Committee Chairperson and Blenda Cultura (Imus City) as Member; Adelaida Montalbo (Batangas City) as Education Committee Chairperson and Virginia Manzano (Cavite City) as Member; Ma. Nita De Lemios (San Pedro City) Ways and Means Committee Chairperson and Angelina Lazaga (Cabuyao City) as Member; Edna Baña (Tanauan City) as Election Committee Chairperson and Ma. Rachelle Cordon (Bacoor City) as Member; Josephine Briones (Quezon Province) as Grievances Committee Chairperson and Sherly Escario (Lipa City) as Member; Josephine Almodovar (Sta. Rosa City) as Sports Committee Chairperson.
