Sibalom is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Antique. It is composed of 76 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Sibalom has a total population of 60,306 people. This population is distributed over 201.30 square kilometers of land.
Sibalom is known for its Natural Park, one of the last patches of lowland forest and the first protected area in the island, which harbors many unique species of plants and animals, some of which are on the brink of extinction.
In 2017, Radyo Kaabyanan was established by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Sibalom under Phase V of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. “Kaabyanan” means “group of friends” in the Kinaray-a dialect spoken in Sibalom.
At the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight and stunting among pre-school children was 9.47% and 17.9%, respectively. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 5.81% and stunting was 8.48% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DYNB- FM 88.5 RADYO KAABYANAN is located at Second floor, Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Office, Sibalom Public Market, Sibalom, Antique. It began broadcasting on 05 September 2017.
In 2019, the National Nutrition Council upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Kaabyanan from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 70 out of 76 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kahupayan
DXNK-FM 96.9 MHz
Region IX - Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte
Siayan is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Zamboanga del Norte. It is composed of 22 barangays. It was the municipality with the highest poverty incidence in the country at 97.5% in 2003.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Siayan has a total population of 34,966. This population is distributed over 494.75 square kilometers of land.
The origin of the municipality’s name: Siayan comes from a legend about a Subano couple “SIAY” and “AYAN” who bravely fought their Muslim enemies who invaded their place. Out of respect for their bravery, their fellow Subanen named the town after Siay and Ayan.
In 2015, the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Siayan established Radyo Kahupayan under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase IV. In Bisaya, “kahupayan” refers to comforter for the community.
During the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 7.68%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 7.96% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNK-FM 96.9 RADYO KAHUPAYAN is located at the Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte. It began broadcasting on 13 May 2015.
The National Nutrition Council upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Kahupayan from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 18 out of 22 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Katabang
DWNF-FM 107.7 MHz
Region V - Vinzons, Camarines Norte
Vinzons is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Camarines Norte. It is composed of 19 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Vinzons has a total population of 43,485 people. This population is distributed over 141.43 square kilometers of land.
The Calaguas Islands, dubbed as the “concealed white beach of Bicol,” are located in Vinzons. The town is home to the oldest Catholic church in the province, the St. Peter the Apostle Church built by the Franciscan friars in 1611.
In 2017, Radyo Katabang was established by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Vinzons under Phase V of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. “Katabang” is a Bicolano word which means “ally or helper”.
At the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight and stunting among pre-school children was 13.63% and 23.52%, repectively. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 12.01% and stunting was at 22.49% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DWNF- FM 107.7 RADYO KATABANG is located at the Rooftop, Vinzons Public Market Building, Santa Cruz St., Brgy. Uno, Vinzons, Camarines Norte. It began broadcasting on 11 October 2017.
In 2019, the National Nutrition Council upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Katabang from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 12 out of 19 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kaagapay

Caraga Region - Sibagat, Agusan del Sur
Sibagat is a 1st class municipality in the province of Agusan del Sur. It is composed of 24 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Sibagat has a total population of 30,442. This population is distributed over 567.82 square kilometers of land.
The word “Sibagat” came from the word “bagat” which means to meet or meeting place. According to oral history, the river near Sibagat, which is also called Sibagat River, is the place where the warring tribes met and fought. Sibagat River is a tributary of a bigger river, the Wawa River. The losing tribe would retreat downstream to the Wawa River and disappear.
In 2008, Radyo Kaagapay was established through the partnership of the National Nutrition Council with the Municipal Government of Sibagat. “Kaagapay” is a local term for companion.
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 17.73%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight is at 4.05% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXCN-FM 107.3 RADYO KAAGAPAY is located at the Municipal Hall, Poblacion 2, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur. It started airing on 29 January 2010.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kaagapay’s transmitter in 2015. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 8 out of 24 barangays of the municipality.
