Aurora is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Zamboanga del Sur. It is composed of 44 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Aurora has a total population of 50,755. This population is distributed over 180.95 square kilometers of land.
Aurora is the easternmost municipality of Zamboanga del Sur. It is bound by the province of Lanao del Norte on its eastern side. The town was named after President Manuel Quezon's wife, Aurora.
Radyo Kaugmaran was established in 2015 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Aurora under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase IV. “Kaugmaran” is a Cebuano term for progress.
At the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 6.5%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight is at 7.34% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNJ-FM 104.5 RADYO KAUGMARAN is located at the Multi-Purpose Gym, Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. It began broadcasting on 8 May 2015.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kaugmaran’s transmitter in 2017. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 28 out of 44 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kaedup

Region III - Dingalan, Aurora
Dingalan is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Aurora. It is composed of 11 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Dingalan has a total population of 25,482 people. This population is distributed over 304.55 square kilometers of land.
Known as the Batanes of the East, Dingalan boasts of resplendent mountain peaks, pristine waters, and beautiful rock formations. The rough shoreline and very high waves of Dingalan makes it attractive to surfers. The town's rock formations are perfect for climbers while caves, such as the renowned Lamao Cave, are perfect for spelunkers.
In 2017, Radyo Kaedup was established in by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Dingalan under Phase V of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. In the Dumagat dialect, “kaedup” comes from the root word “maedup” which means “mabuhay”.
During the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 9.10%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 6.04% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DWNK- FM 102.9 RADYO KAEDUP is located at the Community Center, Dingalan, Aurora. It began broadcasting on 3 October 2017.
In 2019, the National Nutrition Council upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Kaedup from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 10 out of 11 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kauswagan
DYNF-FM 91.3 MHz
Region VIII - Borongan City, Eastern Samar
The City of Borongan is a 4th class city in the province of Eastern Samar. It is composed of 61 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Borongan City has a total population of 69,297. This population is distributed over 475 square kilometers of land.
Borongan City prides itself for its pristine and undisturbed forests with cool streams and lagoons, river rapids and caves. It is also blessed with several surfing spots. Copra is the city’s main product.
The Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) in Borongan City is the main campus. ESSU has satellite campuses in the municipalities of Maydolong, Can-avid, Guiuan and Salcedo.
In 2013, Radyo Kauswagan was established by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with ESSU under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Kauswagan” is Visayan word for improvement or betterment.
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 11.88%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 9.33% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DYNF-FM 91.3 RADYO KAUSWAGAN is located at the second floor, ICTC Building, ESSU- Borongan Campus, Barangay Maypangdan, Borongan City. It began broadcasting on 8 February 2013.

Radyo Kailian

Region I - Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur
Santa Maria (Nalibnos a Santa Maria) is a 3rd class and partially urban municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur. It is composed of 33 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Sta.Maria has a total population of 30,321. This population is distributed over 63.31 square kilometers of land.
Located in a fertile region with a cool tropical climate, the principal crops of Santa Maria are corn, cotton, indigo, rice, sugarcane and tobacco. Santa Maria is home to a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion).
The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) in Santa Maria is the main campus of the ISPSC System. ISPSC is mandated to provide professional and technical training in the undergraduate and the graduate levels in the fields of economics, agriculture, fishery, trade, home industry, engineering, education, forest research and conservation, management, finance, accounting and business administration, public administration and other fields.
In 2010, Radyo Kailian was established by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with ISPSC under Phase II of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. In the Ilocano dialect “kailian” means "Townmate".
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 7.08%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight is at 1.92% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DZNF-FM 97.3 RADYO KAILIAN is currently located at the Ground Floor, Press Building, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Santa Maria Campus, Poblacion Norte, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. It began airing on 11 November 2010.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kailian’s transmitter in 2015. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 15 out of 33 barangays of the municipality.
