The 2015 Census of Population (POPCEN) of Philippine Statistics Authority puts its population at 100,527.
Mindanao State University - Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO) is an autonomous campus of the Mindanao State University system located in Sanga-Sanga, Bongao. It offers courses in arts, sciences, information technology, education and Islamic and Arabic studies.
Radyo Kasannangan was established in 2013 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with MSU-TCTO under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Kasannangan” is a Tausug word for tranquility.
DXNH-FM 94.1 RADYO KASANNANGAN started airing on 5 March 2013.
DXNH-FM 94.1 RADYO KASANNANGAN is located at the second floor, Administration Building, MSU-TCTO.
In 2014, MSU-TCTO upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Kasannangan from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 32 out of 35 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kabakhawan
DXNG-FM 97.7 MHz
Caraga - Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte
Del Carmen is a 5th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Norte. It is composed of 20 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Del Carmen has a total population of 18,392. This population is distributed over 151.68 square kilometers of land.
Del Carmen is home to the rarest and one of the biggest mangrove forests in the Philippines. The Del Carmen Mangrove is a sanctuary of endangered Crocodylus porosus or the salt-water crocodile. One can also enjoy the soothing sceneries of Sugba Lagoon (located in Barangay Caub), a water sport spot and haven for tourists.
Radyo Kabakhawan was established in 2013 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Del Carmen and Department of Health (DOH)-Caraga under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Bakhaw” is Surigaonon word for mangrove. The term “kabakhawan” is used for the radio station to mean community.
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 18.45%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 5.71% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNG-FM 97.7 RADYO KABAKHAWAN is located at the ground floor of the Administration Building, Surigao State College-Del Carmen Campus, San Jose, Del Carmen. It began broadcasting on 23 April 2013. It was originally located at Ground floor, DOH-Operation Center-Siargao Building, Purok 3, Barangay Poblacion, Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte before it was transferred to its current location.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kabakhawan’s transmitter in 2017. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in all 20 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kalambuan

Region X - Tubod, Lanao del Norte
Tubod is a 2nd class municipality and capital of the province of Lanao del Norte. It is composed of 24 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Tubod has a total population of 676,397. This population is distributed over 246.80 square kilometers of land.
The province is a land bridge that links Western Mindanao to Central and Eastern Mindanao. The province prides itself as a major contributor to the overall development of Mindanao. It hosts three of the seven Agus Hydropower Plants which generate 80% of the Mindanao power grid.
Radyo Kalambuan was established in 2013 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Kalambuan” is a Visayan word which means development.
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 10.01%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 8.17% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNE-FM 94.3 RADYO KALAMBUAN is located at the MCC Sports Complex, Barangay Sagadan, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte. It began broadcasting on 29 February 2013.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kalambuan’s transmitter in 2015. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. Using a Small Transmitter Link (STL) and transffering to a higher elevation, Radyo Kalambuan now has a wider broadcast reach. The radio station can be clearly heard in all barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kahupayan
DXNK-FM 96.9 MHz
Region IX - Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte
Siayan is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Zamboanga del Norte. It is composed of 22 barangays. It was the municipality with the highest poverty incidence in the country at 97.5% in 2003.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Siayan has a total population of 34,966. This population is distributed over 494.75 square kilometers of land.
The origin of the municipality’s name: Siayan comes from a legend about a Subano couple “SIAY” and “AYAN” who bravely fought their Muslim enemies who invaded their place. Out of respect for their bravery, their fellow Subanen named the town after Siay and Ayan.
In 2015, the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of Siayan established Radyo Kahupayan under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase IV. In Bisaya, “kahupayan” refers to comforter for the community.
During the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 7.68%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight was at 7.96% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNK-FM 96.9 RADYO KAHUPAYAN is located at the Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte. It began broadcasting on 13 May 2015.
The National Nutrition Council upgraded the transmitter of Radyo Kahupayan from 100 watts to 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 18 out of 22 barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kaamigo

Region V - Panganiban, Catanduanes
Panganiban is a 5th class municipality in the province of Catanduanes. It is composed of 23 barangays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that Panganiban has a total population of 9,287. This population is distributed over 79.96 square kilometers of land.
Catanduanes is home to the “Majestic Waves” with its long magnificent barrels, considered as a surfer’s paradise. The province also boasts of nature trails and panoramic views.
The Catanduanes State University (CSU)-Panganiban is one of the campuses of the CSU system. The CSU was among the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Philippines’ Top 19 State Universities and Colleges in the country with high business potential in land and equipment assets, human resources and technological capital.
Radyo Kaamigo was established in 2013 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with CSU, and the Catanduanes Provincial Government under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Kaamigo” is a Bicolano word for friend.
During its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was at 7.03%. As of 2018, the prevalence of underweight is at 10.33% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DZNJ-FM 98.9 RADYO KAAMIGO is located at the Administration Building, Catanduanes State University-Panganiban Campus, Panganiban, Catanduanes. It began broadcasting on 5 April 2013.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kaamigo’s transmitter in 2015. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated (ERP) Power of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in all barangays of the municipality.

Radyo Kasadya

Region XII - President Roxas, Cotabato
President Roxas is a 1st class municipality in the province of Cotabato. It is composed of 25 baranggays.
The 2015 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority reported that President Roxas has a total population of 47,575. This population is distributed over 618.25 square kilometers of land.
President Roxas is known for its tourist favorites which include the Tuael Bird Sanctuary Hill in Barangay Tuael and a number of cool mountain resort springs. President Roxas is also known for its various industries – banana, macaroni chips, fish crackers, native chicken production and sandal-making.
Radyo Kasadya was established in 2013 by the National Nutrition Council in partnership with the Municipal Government of President Roxas under the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program Phase III. “Kasadya” is a Visayan word for merriment.
At the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 7.08% (Operation Timbang Plus, NNC).
DXNF-FM 99.9 RADYO KASADYA is located at the second floor, Municipal Hall, Barangay Poblacion, President Roxas. It began broadcasting on 20 March 2013.
The NNC upgraded Radyo Kasadya’s transmitter in 2016. From 100 watts, the transmitter is now 300 watts with Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 600 watts. The radio station can be clearly heard in 13 out of 25 barangays of the municipality.
