Like a regular classroom session, quizzes are given, recorded, and assessed per episode to evaluate the learning progress of our NSOA students. After completing all sessions, a simple virtual graduation rite follows. Exemplary students shall be given recognition as the “Kumainment Honor” Students.

Fondly saying with gusto while we share and learn, “Padayon lang NNC-BARMM”!

BNS GO BARMM

Cotabato City. Barangay Nutrition Scholar Trainings went on full throttle amidst COVID-19  scare among residents of Maguindanao. Without compromising the safety of participants, minimal health protocols are strictly observed among the recruits and facilitators. With the very hectic schedules, Datu Anggal Midtimbang Municipality got the first slot on August 23-27, followed by Sultan Mastura Municipality on September 7-11, and a week after on September 15-18 in Ampatuan Municipality, and finally on September 21-25 in Parang Municipality.

How does the NNC-BARMM managed to accomplish such workload considering the 7 man team loaded with other responsibilities aside from the trainings and the conduct of orientations? It is the multitasking, peer support and distribution of workload among our staff, the Provincial Nutrition Action Officer, and the NDDPs of the province that made this possible. Saying in jest "in Nutrition, we love to work under pressure!: laments Maam Hannah and Dr. Maleja. With the full support of the Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator Dr. Sinolinding Jr., NNC-BARMM with the Provincial Nutrition Committee aims to address the manpower problem by recruiting and capacitating more BNS in many areas of BARMM.

Padayon lang BARMM!
