The early symptoms of a cold, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, are typically a sore throat and runny nose, which are then followed by coughing and sneezing. Most people recover in 7–10 days on average. Wash your hands frequently, stay away from sick individuals up close, and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands to help lower your chance of catching a cold. Children and adults alike frequently miss school and/or work due to common colds. There are millions of cases of the common cold each year in the United States. The average adult gets two to three colds a year, and kids get much more. Eating may be one of the last things on your mind when you're sick. While you're ill, eating the appropriate foods can do much more than just provide you with energy. You might feel better, recover more quickly, or stay hydrated while recovering with the aid of some meals.

Did you know that Dietary fat is necessary for your body to function correctly? Your body can't absorb vitamins A, D, E, and K if you don't consume enough fat. Additionally, fatty foods typically contain cholesterol, which your body also requires. Your body will have to make its own cholesterol if you don't consume any; nevertheless, it prefers to obtain it from food.
Like protein and carbohydrates, fat is a type of food that your body requires for energy, to absorb vitamins, and to maintain the health of your heart and brain. Burping is a term used to describe belching. It is the body's method of releasing extra air from the upper digestive tract and most belching is brought on by swallowing too much air. This air most frequently builds up in the esophagus rather than ever reaching the stomach.
Burping is important for Infants especially that a lot of air is frequently swallowed by infants during feeding. The air moves to the stomach, where it produces air bubbles that fill the baby's abdomen. These air bubbles are probably going to make the child feel uneasy and give them the impression that they are already full even though they haven't eaten their food. Babies need to burp for many of reasons. Your child can get stomach discomfort from trapped gas if they don't burp to release it. Babies who don't burp frequently spit up, get gassier, have trouble sleeping, or feel full before they've done eating. Burping becomes an essential and regular activity in the first few months of life because newborns instinctively swallow air while they are nursing. They require parents and other caretakers to burp them until they are old enough to do so on their own, which is usually between the ages of 7-9 months, because the muscles in their bellies haven't fully grown yet.

Sea Grapes or caulerpa lentillifera is also known as Lato, Latok, and Green Caviar. It is a species of edible seaweed that is found throughout the Philippines and its neighboring nations. Sea grapes are a form of easily available seaweed that contains tiny air bubbles all around its stems. The bubbles pop readily in the mouth and provide a taste of the fresh southern sea that has a taste of salt. This sea grape seaweed is sticky when you bite into it and has a taste similar to sea water and other algae. The fruit was considered as a little, green cluster of grapes and due to prolonged exposure to sea water, it has a mild saltiness. This seaweed can be safely consumed because of its softness. The hues of sea grapes range from brilliant green to bluish green and olive green.
