Good health is something we strive to achieve, not just individually but also as a community. But if we look around us, our families, our friends, and others, we know that health is very variable. It is very important to focus on each area, rather than just the physical aspect, which is the most common thing we usually think of when we speak of health.

Cebu City - RNC members thru the Technical Working Group lead the delivery of the 48th NM Prayer in their respective agencies. An institutionalized activity of the RNC in Central Visayas, this is done every Monday for the whole month of July in time for the agencies’ flag raising ceremony. Together with the prayer, the 48th NM pledge is also recited during the flag raising rites.
One of the reasons we pray, is that through prayer we acknowledge a higher power than ourselves. Prayer opens the door to greater understanding. Prayer is the most intimate form of communication that directly connects us to God on a personal level.
