World Rabies Day strives to promote rabies eradication globally and increase public knowledge of the disease. It is an event that aims to be inclusive, bringing together stakeholders from various sectors to fight rabies because, working together, we can eradicate rabies! The subject of this year's World Rabies Day is Rabies: One Health, Zero Deaths in recognition of this idea of cohesion and harmony.

The Municipality of Salug, Zamboanga del Norte (LGU-Salug) is now ready for the 2nd Round of Supplemental Feeding for 6-59 Months Old Children and Pregnant Women. The program entitled “Tutok Feeding Program for 6-59 PS Malnourished Children and Pregnant Women” will start on October 2022. The dietary supplementation program aims to address malnutrition by supplementing the dietary concern of nutritionally vulnerable groups such as children aged 6-59 months and pregnant women. The program will cover all identified undernourished 6-59 months old children and pregnant women in the municipality. The feeding will last for 120 days for 6-59 months old children and 90 days for pregnant women.
