Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) Protocol is an annual activity regulated by NNC to monitor and evaluate the performance of local government units (LGUs) in promoting nutrition security vis-à-vis nutrition outcomes and to measure the contribution of the LGUs to the PPAN targets and outcomes.

8 September 2021- The National Nutrition Council MIMAROPA joined in the Regional Launching of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) of DepEd for the upcoming school year 2021-2022. Nutrition Program Coordinator and OIC Ma. Eileen B. Blanco delivered a message of support to the SBFP. The launching activity was a half-day program and was aired on DepEd MIMAROPA's Facebook Page.

National Nutrition Council MIMAROPA Region spearheaded the conduct of 2021 Joint MIMAROPA Barangay Nutrition Scholars and District/City Nutrition Program Coordinators Summit held on 24 September 2021 with over 286 participants on both platforms – Zoom Application and Facebook live.

National Nutrition Council – MIMAROPA supports the celebration of Generics Awareness Month this September with the theme: "Paigtingin ang Suplay, Generics gawing abot kamay!"
The celebration is to commemorate the enactment of the Republic Act No. 6675 or the Generics Act signed on 13 September 1988, marking its 33rd year.

With the conclusion of the performance assessment of the regional contenders for outstanding local nutrition workers that ran from 28 June – 20 August 2021, NNC MIMAROPA and Regional Nutrition Evaluation Team conducted the deliberation of results last 23 August 2021 via Zoom Application attended by 16 participants from 14 regional line agencies.
