Our teambuilding activity was more on totally outdoor adventures. We tried the rides offered in the park that thrilled us and the will-never-forgotten experiences. The experience generated lots of ideas as to how to apply the lessons learned during the fun routines to our daily work. There was a real sense of teamwork in several of the activities. There was a renewed sense of camaraderie and a better understanding of how each of us reacts to certain situations.

On the second day, the staff got the chance to tour around Davao City and of course window shopping then went home back to Koronadal City.
