Last March 10 to 12, 2013, thirty men and women completed the Hands-On Training on Community Radio Broadcasting for the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. The training was held at the Cebu Technological University - Barili Campus in Barili, Cebu.

ASec Flores Cuts Ribbon at new Communitty RadioBarili, Cebu –In fighting the giants of indulgence-driven advertisements, DYNE 97.5 Radyo Kahimsog held its inaugural broadcast last March 12, 2013 at the Cebu Technological University (CTU) – Barili Campus. The second only in Region VII, Radyo Kahimsog is especially dedicated to airing nutrition related issues.

The nutrition-themed radio stations put a pivotal milestone in aggressively imbibing proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle and regulated eating. In an advertisement-driven world that promotes food indulgence, the nutrition-themed radio stations make direct confrontations with multi-million budgeted advertisements of fastfood chains that encourage cholesterol building, junk food that promote eating trash for the body and infant formula that tends to compromise breastfeeding.
